1. Purchases
All purchases are final. Items are delivered to the Minecraft account specified at checkout. SunkenSMP reserves the right to revoke items obtained fraudulently.
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Tebex Limited. See our Refund Policy for details.
3. In-Game Items
Purchased items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban.
5. Changes
SunkenSMP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
